Ballmer- Beyond Ready Innovation Grants (BRIG): Credit, Credential, and Work-Based Learning Programs  Applications due by January 16, 2026. National 4-H Council (Council) is proud to collaborate with Ballmer Group to support the establishment of Beyond Ready Innovation Grants focused on supporting credit, credential, and work-based learning youth programs within the 4-H Cooperative Extension System (CES). The purpose of this funding opportunity is to provide capacity-building support for career pathway programs within CES, with the goal of developing, expanding, and scaling programs, determining best practices, convening a group of program innovators, and ensuring long-term program sustainability to ultimately support 4-H’s goal of ensuring 10M youth are ready for career and life by 2030. The awarded land-grant universities (LGUs) will work closely with Council staff, the Beyond Ready Leadership Team (BRLT), and other stakeholders as appropriate. LGUs are eligible to apply for four (4) subgrant awards up to $60,000.

Applications for funding are only accepted from 4-H/Extension professionals and state level Extension 4-H/Youth Development Program Leaders or LGU Administrators. Please only register for a WebGrants account if you are a 4-H/extension professional or with a LGU.
